NC Scout, thanks for this episode, it was a pleasant surprise, and it gave my brother and I something to sit around and listen to while we visited.
Out of curiosity, when you said you fixed BBQ at the alumni weekend, do you do yours Lexington style or Eastern style?

    I was raised on Lexington, but with more spices than the Lexington style that restaurants sell. I’m partial to that ketchup and vinegar, but Eastern is some damn fine eating too :)

      Oh man don’t bring that around the family, lol. (just kidding…but other family members don’t). For the record I’m actually a huge fan of SC style sauce (mustard based).
