    @john…be aware of the fact that in a major crisis, most if not all departments will fall back onto the https://www.cisa.gov/sites/default/files/publications/NIFOG%20Ver%201.6.1A.pdf national interoperability fieldoperations protocol which means old school analog operations to insure the maximum ability to communicate w departments who have NOT gone to full encryption..IN a full shtf/wrol scenario, they go old school analog, which means its in the clear and can be monitored…
