This class will get you started into your journey with Emergency Communications. Class covers:
- Monitoring equipment
- Radio theory
- Antenna theory
- Line of sight comms
- Long distance comms
- Digital comms
- Secure comms
- Encryption
- And more!
Gear needed for ECOMMS:
- Notepad and pen
- Any radio or scanning gear if you have it but not needed.
- Water, chair, snacks, lunch, and sunscreen
