    Nice prep video! Its nice to have the right equipment(food professional) like this fella but this can be done at home too. I would add a lil more salt, not as a flavor agent, but for its preservation action. Also, I have read, that the tallow needs to come from grass fed cows and not grain fed if at all possible. The shelf life is???….That would be nice to know.
