I feel better already… area denial technology from a microwave oven in space. I imagine that A.I. will be leaned upon for much of the analyses; downloadable to operating tactical units (whomever they be), with the added ability to black out ‘OPFOR’ comms in a given area. I wonder if a radar detector would pick up the beam. Time to break out my deer costume.
Already is.
At the risk of being Captain Obvious, your HF/VHF/UHF radio and your cell phone are RF sources. If you become the target of a nation state, it will look for your emissions.
Start weaning yourself from your phone, buy paper maps and learn to navigate without GPS (it can be shut down or spoofed), and be thoughtful about what you emit and where you transmit from. Obscurity through mobility seems like a good habit to get into.
Get training from NC Scout or someone comparably qualified if you can swing it.
Well ain’t that a Nifty gizzmo.
This should be interesting to learn about.
