P.S.
Our local NDF (“Neighborhood Defense Force”) uses SHARP-EYED teens for observations in our AO.
Not much gets past young and healthy eyes, ears, and noses.
Plus, they can run and scramble with the best of ’em to get data back ASAP.
I have the Civil Defense Manuals and am working through them.
Any chance you can share your experiences getting your NDF going?
