Zinc, Folic Acid, Vitamin C, D, E, Elderberry, Magnesium, Calcium.
Taking certain medications can negate these or cause problems especially with Selenium and those with thyroid problems.
Frankenfood processed synthetic is to be avoided at all costs and in a hurry with must have it now just doesn’t go with proper nutrition.
It if takes an hour or more to prepare and cook then it takes an hour.
Sugar, seed oils, corn syrup, fructose, artificial sweeteners are almost poison.

You are RIGHT. Pushpushpush has a time and place, but eventually it leads to DAMAGE. And with damage comes lesser ability. And with lesser ability comes less survivability, and you actually become LESS while trying to become MORE.

As always I remain a fan, ’cause the info is far, far more right than wrong, Can’t find the wrong yet, BTW.

Oh Crap! Just heard the part about losing the dumbell on the decline….OUCH! A month before starting chiro school I lost an incline bench the same way….which turned into decades of misery though I struggled through it. Sleep….NO!

Point being, that rip set up a destabilization which in turn set up another tear in another rotator muscle, then another, and finally arthritis from all the xcess friction, which led to a major reconstruction last year. BEST thing I ever did, meaning though rehab really sucked, I was able to compete in a bodybuilding contest 10 months post-op, and 18 months on man! that arm can jab, hook, backfist, and through stuff at CNN on tv as good as new.

Hi Vagabond! An honor to have you listen and comment once again. Thanks for your endorsement! Yeah… them decline dumbbells. I dig what you’re saying about the follow-on issues that came after the immediate tear. I replaced decline dumbbells with heavy dips instead, which added some stability to the otherwise dicey decline press setup.
