Obviously the goal is banning of all firearms. Regardless it ticks me off they can’t even get the definition of an ArmaLite Rifle platform correct! I did not know that the Uzi and PSG-1 were considered AR platform.
You have to love how at the end they claim that if any part of the act is found unconstitutional it will not affect the rest of the act. As a friend commented to me the time for strong gun control is past; too many women in minorities got in on the second amendment during Covid.
