They’re working on part of corporate Ag to keep any competition out so they can force you to eat bugs. Once you come to accept this is the role of Federal agencies, the rest becomes easier to understand.

Isn’t this funny? They are prosecuting an Amish farmer selling meat coming from grass-fed beef straight to buyers. No alteration, addition or subtraction of the meat at slaughter.
FED GOV leviathan wants Amos Miller to hose down his 100% pure beef with a cocktail of GMO corn-based citric acid, lactic acid, and other synthetic chemicals plus have his place “approved” and licensed by FED GOV as a meat factory.
Amos says that’s all against his religion, which says folks should eat pure and clean meat, devoid of additives and keep leviathan out. What’s wrong with that?
…and yet the Globalists want us to eat BUGS and INSECTS…

Most folks not directly involved with production ag don’t understand how deep this goes either. Seed companies have even been known to sue farmers for patent infringement because the wind pollinated their corn with pollen from another farm growing patented cultivars. Farmers have also been sued for saving seed from patented cultivars. And the big seed companies can come on your private farm to inspect your corn to see if you are growing their patented cultivars without having bough the seed from them.
Oh, and if you grow plants in a greenhouse and buy rooted cuttings from a company like Ball- heaven help you if you rooted a few cuttings from their plants resulting in you having more plants than they have record of you buying.
In keeping with the last sentence you quoted, that applies to pretty much everything the government does – it is at war with the people and the sooner people realize that the clearer this all becomes.
You can say “Monsanto” here. Not the only one…but the biggest.
Yes, they are by far the biggest. They have their fingers in way more pies than even a lot of people in the know realize. And it is not just larger farming operations they go after.
You’re really not doing it right unless the USDA raids your farm.
I was at a local food event last year and literally every speaker had a story to tell about being threatened by the federales. The blundering bureaucracy simply can not interact with small business. And farmers are reduced to hide and seek games, like selling a cup and giving away raw milk for free (legal) vs. selling raw milk and giving the cup away (illegal). Or starting ‘food churches’, or selling ‘shares’ in a cow so you’re an investor instead of a customer. I guess the Amish need to step it up on the shell games. They’re a prickly bunch, can’t image they’ll roll over on this.
Here in NC it is illegal to sell raw milk for human consumption, but it can be sold to feed to livestock and pets. I used to get a gallon or two every week from the dairy down the road, for my dog…

You make a good point. The action may be more than punishment as the FDA knows full well this “pet food” category is ignored by the purchasers. They don’t like rule breakers, but they REALLY hate income that’s difficult to inventory. It’s difficult to say exactly how much milk ol Betsy produces.
Tax laws and the mountains of regulations are crafted to protect the donor class. Simple as that. Politicians on all sides are your enemy.
When we quit milking cows. We went after DFA about them not rejecting milk from corporate dairies that only hire illegal labor. They say it’s not their job to enforce immigration laws. It is physically impossible to provide milk at break even, playing by their rules. If you are staying afloat by grain markets. They will rig it . To kill your business. It’s just a matter of time till they bleed every family farm out. The left works together with their trade wars . Suppressing other sides of family businesses to bleed them out. It’s not left versus right. It is theleft and far left and the corporate pigs against the family. It is cronyism versus constitutionalism and the rule of law. It’s not sitting on the sidelines and avoiding picking sides. It’s not getting in bed with evil.
