Request for Information (RFI) – Weekly SITREP
I am going to make this a weekly post so that we can use this as a place to make any reports on unusual activity or localized hotspots of trouble. We did this a few times during COVID (here, here, here, and here) but I figured that, as our conditions continue to degrade around the country, it would be useful to bring this back as a regularly recurring topic of discussion.
Post your reports in the comments below.

Military movement only: yesterday, in NE Ohio, I saw Globemasters, Stratotankers, and bombers going over. So much so, that I got on Flightradar24 to confirm it. I’m not certain, but I think I personally saw around 12, but on radar, they were over PA, WV, and other states. It was very odd. Then today, on Hal Turner, I see it’s posted that A lot of Doomsday planes were in the air yesterday. Very strange.
General Location: Upper New England
Food Price / Shortages: Elevated/ None. Shrinkflation of product is evident everywhere.
Fuel Prices / Shortages: $3.20 Reg/ None
Unusual Military Movement: None
Civil Unrest / Crime:
Hard drug busts among users and low/mid level traffickers are more frequent. There have been
more raids of Chicom Marijuana grow operations in Maine. Most of these raids are local or state
law enforcement and do not always result in arrests.
Interesting Local News / Events: Findings were issued on the USAR Lewiston Maine shooter which concluded that he suffered from traumatic brain injury from being a range officer. He was not a combat veteran.
Another odd coastal storm producing peak 60mph+ southeast onshore winds right at high tide passed through over the weekend. This is the 3rd major bout of coastal storm damage this winter. All the same spots were flooded again.
Public Service Interruptions: Widespread power loss associated with the storm.
Changes in Patterns of Life:

Analysis: The hard drug problem is being fed directly from southern New England cities. When a local branch of the network is rolled up, a down and out local addict is always the facilitator and provider of a safehouse for ethnic vibrant couriers moving the product from their home state, usually a place like Lawrence Massachusetts. The mugshots and perp bio data always tell the same tale. It appears that locals with a keen eye usually bring these networks to the attention of LE.
The liberalization of Maine’s Marijuana laws opened the door to widespread open abuse of that drug and established an opportunity for Chicom enterprises to leverage that degree of sanctuary into a huge illegal grow operation in hundreds of legally purchased rural homes. Federal LE still seems uninterested in going after these operations. Once again, locals are spotting the activity and local LE is making the raids. The main indicators to watch for are newly installed industrial scale electrical service in a modest home. Excessive heat pumps or similar heating for the size of the home, and real estate purchases by and presence of out of state Chinese ethnics. This all stands out like a sore thumb in non-tourist rural Maine. The crop watchers often are middle aged PRC nationals who do not even speak English and are in the country illegally. Each specific grow “Household” seems to rely on a support team of personnel who speak better English, have a license to drive somewhere, and do the grocery shopping and trips to the transfer station for the growers.
General Location: Tri-state Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa
Food Price / Shortages: Still going up. Price of beef skyrocketed again.
Fuel Prices / Shortages: Up but steady at $3 per gal for 87octane, add about a dollar for diesel.
Unusual Military Movement: Nothing unusual. Still a lot of contractors working on Ft. McCoy, nothing unusual out of Volk Field
Civil Unrest / Crime: Crime imo is up. Homelessness is up imo and much more evident with the super mild winter. Very evident in lots of the downtown areas in the bigger cities and along the Mississippi R.
Interesting Local News / Events: Traveled through Madison, WI for 3 straight days, still a shithole with the pink/blue hair hermaphrodites all over the freaking place, the decadence there makes one hope it gets nuked by the Russians. Watching across the border in Minnesota the Gun Control laws getting ready to be rammed down the throats of the citizens. A LGS that I frequent has a shop in Minnesota and Wisconsin, they are already planning to move most all of their firearms out of the Minnesota shop. Problem is that the gerry-mandering will tilt Wisconsin’s legislature back to Democrat imo and that policy will hit Wisconsin as well in about 2-5 years.
Public Service Interruptions: None.
Changes in Patterns of Life: Seems lately I’ve had more people ask me about what gun to buy, feels like the start of the ‘vid all over again. These are people that generally don’t hunt and don’t own firearms.
Any additional observations or comments: Hit mid 60s F yesterday. Had tulips pop out of the ground on 2/29, no frost, spring is coming early. Buck that I shot last fall had so little fat on him, he knew the winter would be mild, it was the first predictor.
same, same… in the same basic area… upper midwest…
additional data points…
the local grocery store always runs out of a couple of somethings i’m going in to get every time in shop later in the day (after work usually)… usually restocked next day or so but it’s consistently worse than ‘last year’… and stocks on the shelf are juuust noticeably thinner than they were last fall… which was thinner than last summer… which was thinner than last spring… etc…
noticing a LOT more non-english speakers (invader immigrant types) in town and the surrounding area… up substantially over last year at this time (zero)…
more folks are feeling the coming conflict/effects of the economy and politics/etc… from overheard conversations out around town/etc…
went to a CPR refresher last month… most folks were concerned enough/made enough requests that the local .org that sponsored the CPR class added a ‘gun class’… about 50 or so folks showed up to both… even some ‘non-gunners’ showed up to just watch and absorb some gun class information… LOTS of brand new shiny pistols/mags/etc (folks talking about/showing off the new purchases… also, lots of ‘i never thought this country would get to this point’/’i never thought i would ever have to buy a gun’ type talk…)… about half had RDS mounted… nobody was ‘joking around’ (you know what i mean…)… the general tone was ‘when not if’ the skills we were learning were going to be needed/used… and of being too far behind on the general mastery of the gear… good training – bite sized chunks of basics… with the admonition that ‘skill’ (building muscle memory) was just getting in your reps/practice… AND to make sure you put ALL the ammo in a different room/area and check 3 times before you break a shot… with a safe background just in case…
my general observation of the libtards in the area is that they WANT a civil war to kick off… they all seem to think that ‘the .gov’ is some naturally occurring entity that just exists and can’t ever fail… (same with their view of the economy that delivers food/etc to the local store)…and they also seem to think that when a civil war does kick off that THEY will be able to benefit by being part of the ‘inner circle’ somehow… without any consideration of their ‘exposure’ to bad results/real world consequences…
i think reality will be more like these two guys…

flying through the air… or losing a knife fight to an old man…lol
they definitely seem to be on the top of mount stupid on that dunning-kruger graph…
good luck!
