It was always going to happen. Buy the books that you need including old encyclopedias printed before 1915. (Britainica is good) The newer they are, the more “editing”. Electronic devices including memory sticks will fail eventually. Get info on decent quality paper. Much has already been lost such as certain climate and temperature records altered and effectively destroyed to make it appear to be warmer. Gone forever.
