If they only interact within their epic city I’m not sure what gives them an exception to jurisdiction rules. What if they get into a dispute with an entity from outside their city? Who has jurisdiction, and where is it adjudicated? If they applied to create a reservation, what could be their guiding principles, how isolated will they make themselves. Will they be except from state and federal taxes, will US law be enforceable within its boundaries? These questions are relevant to allowing a discriminatory commune to set themselves up separate from our society. The religious cult outside of Waco TX was not exempt from investigation, would a Muslim cult city be exempt as politically untouchable?

These self-contained villages will become no-go zones where police and fire-fighters will not be welcome. Their imams will marry based on shariah law and the law of their villages will be shariah law. It is time to remove these civilizational enemies from American soil.

In another time, that would be called “Occupied Territory”…
