If the defense can not see the motion then they will pretty much be granting an overturned at the first court after conviction. This is so unconstitutional it stinks, hell it would stink on ice.
There is no way to counter a sealed accusation, and this makes it less than a legitimate court proceeding, ensuring no criminal conviction. Multiple legal precedents cover this very sort of legal shenanigans.
They could have made it easy and simply executed him on the spot.
I’m very much in favor of that option.
Almost like they, DOJ, learned some lessons from the J6 legal proceedings….
