The Empire Strikes Back Part 3, by Scipio

“Power is the capacity to compel loyalty and obedience, under conditions of duress. Authority is the capacity to inspire loyalty and obedience, under conditions where free will obtains”

– Aimee Terese

Today, we live in a country where there is a struggle between power and authority.  Power is currently in its death throes and is fighting back. Unfortunately, increasing rancor and domestic violence is moving America toward a violent destination I indicated previously in my (https://www.americanpartisan.org/2025/02/the-empire-strikes-back-part-2-by-scipio/).

Lawfare continues unabated.  Indeed, it has accelerated to where there are cases brought almost daily before the courts, blocking anything and everything the Trump administration attempts to do. There have been more lawfare cases against President Trump in just the last sixty days than in under all previous Presidents combined.  These cases against President Trump will play out in the court system, and if the Supreme Court believes in the Constitution’s separation of powers, President Trump will prevail.  That is a big “if” knowing Chief Justice John Roberts’ and Justice Amy Barrett’s tendency to vote liberal on crucial Constitutional issues.  One must keep their fingers crossed.

The outcome of lawfare’s defeat will only produce more anger and violence on the left. Lawfare’s victory in court will produce commensurate anger and the possible initiation of violence from the right. So far, wide spread violence has been coming from only one political direction, that may change soon.

Foremost in your mind during these historic times is to remember DOGE has cut off Progressive’s money for their unamerican activities.  They do not have the tax dollar income like they had before to support their causes, some have been cut off completely.  USAID is no longer back door funding anti-government foundations, non-profits, and rogue NGOs. (https://www.armstrongeconomics.com/world-news/corruption/intifada-rally-in-new-york-funded-by-goldman/)  The Left’s “Turf Grass” protest movements have been exposed, and the paid “rent-a-mob-attendees” will no longer be bankrolled as big as before.  They are desperate, and desperate people are dangerous.

The hatred toward President Trump and Elon Musk has also been directed at anyone seen associated with them.  Tesla owners have had to resort to tactics like using bumper stickers saying, “I bought this Tesla before I knew Elon was crazy”, to keep their cars from being vandalized. The attack on Tesla owners is actually the same tactic in the NAZIs used against Jews in Germany in the 1930’s.  The NAZIs painted the Cross of David on Jewish owned businesses as a green light for anyone who wanted to attack Jews. The Democrat Party is in fact a NAZI political organization disguised as communists “saving democracy”.  Their actions prove it. (https://modernity.news/2025/03/29/does-it-get-any-more-un-american-than-this/)

Attacks on President Trump and Elon Musk are also indirectly intended to send a message to conservatives as well. (https://jonathanturley.org/2025/03/26/it-is-not-karma-it-is-a-crime-the-curious-silence-over-political-violence-in-new-york/#more-230070)

Shockingly, many openly view the accused murderer of Brian Thompson, CEO of Unitedhealthcare, Luigi Mangone, as a hero and want to see more such murders. (https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2024/12/penn_prof_who_celebrated_murder_of_unitedhealthcare_ceo_takes_down_her_social_media_posts.html)

This violence and intimidation have gone mainstream. Jimmie Kemmel’s audience cheered about violence toward Tesla cars recently on his show.  It’s just not some avid “activist” or a radical leftist official advocating “resistance”. There was a popular saying during the turbulent 1960’s, “Don’t trust anyone over thirty years old.” Now its safe to say, “Don’t trust anyone under thirty years old.”  People today, especially young people, have been indoctrinated and weaponized to hate. (https://www.zerohedge.com/political/four-ten-see-hostile-activism-acceptable)

What started out as random lashing out as property violence has now become targeted and organized toward not only property but toward people associated with conservativism. For example, a shadowy organization, #AltGov” appears to be coordinating attacks on Tesla. (https://www.zerohedge.com/political/secretive-movement-known-altgov-openly-rebelling-against-trump-and-musk-inside-our) Other organizations such as “Project Mayhem is using codes like “cute winter boots” to avoid Tik-Tok algos to organize violence, (https://www.zerohedge.com/political/deranged-leftist-use-cute-winter-boots-code-bypass-tiktok-ago-organizing-project-mayhem) and at least twenty four organizations are attacking Tesla. (https://www.zerohedge.com/political/follow-money-ex-wsj-journalist-reveals-24-organizations-funding-tesla-takedown)

On the sinister side, this could be just a Tesla stock market manipulation scheme for insiders to short Tesla stock and make millions on this ruse. This kind of directed violence has prompted Attorney General Pam Bondi on March 18, 2025 to classify the attackers of Telsa dealers and Telsa owners as domestic terrorists.

There is growing sentiment nationwide for physical violence, not a legal process, to force social change.  What’s really alarming is it’s also coming from elected officials as well. (https://amgreatness.com/2024/12/14/elizabeth-warren-and-united-healthcare-ignorance-and-manipulation/)  Democrat Congresswoman LaMonica McIver (NJ) has declared, “We are at War!” Days earlier Democrat Hakeem Jeffries instructed his members to “fight…in the streets”. Rhetoric is ratcheting up. Democrat Congresswoman Ayana Presley (OH) said “Elon Musk is a Nazi nepo baby!” Senator Ed Markey called Trump a “dictator”. Maxine Waters, always the gutter mouth of her party said, “We have got to tell Elon Musk, nobody elected you’re a$$!” The most stupid comment made was by clueless Pocahontas Elizabeth Warren who said, “vegetarians didn’t vote for Elon Musk”, whatever.  Saving the best for last, JASSmine Crockett, who made fun of paraplegics, said Democrats will “be in your face, and on you’re a$$.” Hyper ventilated, repeated, wide spread and demonstrated rhetoric translates into reality eventually.

Congressman Al, “Neanderthal Man,” Green yelled and shook his metal topped walking cane at President Trump as the President spoke to a joint session of congress March 4, 2025. His exhibition of crass behavior reminded me of a similar incident, yet a far more violent incident, that happened on the same Congressional floor in 1856 leading up to the Civil War.

Congressman Preston Brooks of South Carolina took issue with Senator Sumner’s speech implying that the women of the South were prostitutes. Brooks proceeded to beat Sumner on the Senate floor with his gold headed cane until Sumner was almost dead.  It took three years for Sumner to recover from the attack.

Instantly, Congressman Brooks was labeled “Bully Brooks” and vilified in the North.  Meanwhile, Brooks was invited to speak throughout the South, was welcomed as a hero, and given a gold headed cane in his honor wherever he went. Unfortunately for the South, it was this same Senator Sumner who was in charge of punishing the South after the war, and he did just that, extracting his pound of flesh from the citizens of the defeated South, perhaps contributing to the death of thousands of civilians during Reconstruction.

When you see such threatening demonstrations like Al Green’s and his actions being cheered on, you know we are close to civil war. Just like in Preston Brook’s case, Al Green was celebrated as a hero in some circles, and a pariah among others. The political divide is becoming a crevasse, just as deep and just as cold.

Historically, support for large scale kinetic action most often had a memorable rally cry.  There was the “Remember the Alamo”, “Remember the Maine”, and “Fifty-Four Forty or Fight” mottos used in American History. Today it should be like in the first John Wick movie when Wick’s dog “Daisey” was killed. His vengeance was swift and brutal. We should strike back with the same vengeance against today’s malevolent forces with our motto being, “Remember Peanut!”. (https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/world/us/why-did-new-york-officials-euthanize-peanut-the-squirrel-heres-what-happened/articleshow/114908967.cms)

As things stand now, civil war is simmering on the stove top (https://modernity.news/2025/02/18/deranged-leftists-call-for-violence-assassination-of-musk-and-trump/.  Widespread violence will break out soon, perhaps as early as May (important month for socialists), and it will probably be in separate pockets geographically, not like THE civil war that was more or less geographically confined. (https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=rural+vs+urban+blackwater+erik+prince)

Whatever form it takes, its likely coming, and it’s going to be nasty.  Civil wars are the worst kind of wars; they are fought at home and its brother against brother, sister against sister, father against mother, husband against wife, parents against children, friend against friend, neighbor against neighbor, and relative against relative and half the military against the other half. (https://amgreatness.com/2024/12/23/study-democrats-more-likely-to-cut-off-relatives-over-political-differences/)

To quell this unrest, I believe there will be a full blown attempted “Color Revolution” to “save democracy” or an outright coup attempt. Meanwhile, “civil war” violence will spill out of control and expand beyond ideologies and politics.  More on that in my forthcoming future article, “The Empire Strikes Back Part 4”.

Malcom X was great at cutting through rhetoric and zeroing in on reality.  He knew who “The Man” really was and not duped by conspiracies. Once when asked if his followers would be like Martin Luther King Jr’s followers who responded non-violently to being beaten bloody and bitten by police dogs without fighting back, Malcolm said, “I believe in reciprocal bleeding”.  I do to.

Scipio, you are sooo correct in your analysis of current/pending events. Always a great read.

The Left is reorganizing, not going away. Their current anger is like the beginning steam just before full froth boil. DOGE locating and resultant cutting off of taxpayer funding to Leftist NGOs, is raising the lunatic’s temp & pressure.

Yet, I find far too many fellow citizens sitting back on their asses. I get , “Dave, Trump is elected, nothing to be concerned over. All will be fine. Kick back , take a break, have a brew.”

Even “Neighborhood Watch” has essentially dried up unless I & one other neighbor prepare and distribute newsletters and attach to mailboxes. Zilch interest.

You have heard it before Scipio :“Nothing happened so nothing will happen.” Ummm, yeah, our area has had red flag fire danger warning for a month. Same communication plan would benefit the rural area for fire as well.

Crickets, time for the brew after all.

I’ve observed the same Charlie Seven. I’d say about 90% of MAGA has gone right to sleep. You’re seeing that with how this administration seems to be going wildly off the rails. No one is paying attention, because after all, we “won” in November. You bring up the Epstein list, or the open fact it’s wholly an Israeli rump administration, and all you get is dumb looks. The fact that Mr. Patel is now asking we all go hug FBI agents should be a clue, after he said he’d turn the Hoover building into a museum and fire everyone.

The communist physical revolution is about to switch to a higher tempo and lots of people are going to get hit in the jaw and I’m sorry to say this, they kinda deserve it. The complacency is a killer, and there is even more complacency than last time Trump was in office. I boggles my mind how arrogance and laziness can walk hand in hand. I have no comprehension of how it happens.
